Good day. Today's video Equal One is on the topic of "Are you equal (meaning in agreement) with God? Jesus Christ thought it not robbery to be equal (in agreement) with God, and we too should also be of the same mind set. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." There are many defining moments in our lives. From the time we were born unto the present. Our lives are shaped by these defining moments. The same is true when we became born again; when we accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and we were given power to become the sons of God. John 1:11-12 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. (12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power (Christ, the power of God 1Cor 1:24) to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (KJV) So, what or who defines you? Do you know? Is it family traditions and doctrines, a job/career, a college education, a particular organization whether religious or not, a pastor, a teacher… (we could go on and on)? These things will not profit you in the kingdom of God. The flesh profits nothing; it is the spirit that gives life. That which is of the flesh is flesh and that which is of the Spirit is spirit. But who or what defines the Christian? It should be Christ in you the hope of glory. But many rely on what others have told them and have not gone to the source of all life and godliness, God our Father, and asked Him to show them who and what will define them daily in this new life that they have accepted through His Son Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:14-17 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: (15) And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. (16) Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. (17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (KJV) When you were born again it was a defining moment; old things passed away and all things are become new. Leaving behind our former manner of life in the fleshly desires of the world; dying daily to it and the lusts of it. Now letting Christ define who you are and then walk in that newness of life. Galatians 6:14-15 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. (15) For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. (KJV) Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (KJV) Therefore, put off the old man with his deeds; and put on the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him. Colossians 3:1-16 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. (2) Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. (3) For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. (4) When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (5) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: (6) For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: (7) In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. (8) But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. (9) Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; (10) And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: (11) Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. (12) Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; (13) Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. (14) And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. (15) And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. (16) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (KJV) Romans 8:9-14 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (10) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. (11) But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (12) Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. (13) For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. (14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (KJV) To be Christian is to be Christ like. Born not of men by but by the Spirit of the living God. Walking in the new and living way that was consecrated for us by the blood of Jesus Christ. And allow Christ to continue to define you moment by moment. Now faith is, today, this moment, now is the accepted time to be transformed from the image of this world into the image of God through Christ Jesus. We must take up our cross daily and follow Him, dying daily to the wants and desires of the flesh (the old man/nature), to live and walk in the Spirit, a defining moment. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man comes unto the Father but by him. To know God our Father, rather to be known of Him is a defining moment to see and enter into his kingdom. Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. (KJV) Hebrews 10:19-23 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, (20) By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; (21) And having an high priest over the house of God; (22) Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. (23) Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) (KJV) God bless and keep the faith, allowing Christ to dwell richly in you; remember, this is your defining moment, no one else’s. Good Morning. Today's video Fiery Trial is on the topic of...Our God is a consuming fire. James 1:2-5 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. (KJV) Psalms 66:10 For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried. (KJV) Malachi 3:2-3 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness. (KJV) Not all fiery trials come from Satan. As we go on please do keep in mind, that God does not tempt or try us with evil; man is drawn away of his own lust and enticed (James 1:13-15). Think about this, our God is a consuming fire; and there are times in our walk with the Lord that God will try or prove us to bring us to a better place, a more perfect or mature place in Christ his Son. Sometimes God will prune (chasten) us like a branch on the vine, but sometimes an area of our life takes fire to cleanse away the weeds so that it will be good ground for Him to regenerate new growth in that area of our spiritual garden. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. (KJV) The materials that we use, in other words what we put into our relationship with the Lord will be tried; and it will manifest if it can withstand the fiery trial, whether it be of God or a temptation from Satan. Will your faith, your trust in God withstand (endure) or will you wither under trial? Will you trust God, even if you don’t fully understand what He is doing in your life? Remember we will get out what we put into it (2 Corinthians 9:6, Galatian 6:6-7). Would you be willing to give up and walk away from what you treasure on this earth; whether it be man’s wisdom and knowledge you acquired over time, or riches, houses, wives, children, brethren, or your church to follow Christ? Or will you be like the rich young ruler, in Matthew 19:16-22, who when he asked the Lord what he must do to inherit eternal life was told to sell what he had and give to the poor, and take up his cross and follow Him, he went away sorrowful because he had great riches? Paul suffered the loss of all things and chose to count them as dung or refuse that he may win Christ. Philippians 3:7-11 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. (KJV) We (Greg and I) have been through our own wilderness experience these last five years; and suffered the loss of all things which were gain to us, but we also chose to count them as dung that we may win Christ, and be ambassadors for Christ holding forth the word of life in sincerity and in truth. Was our journey always easy? No, we went through the Lord’s furnace of affliction to burn off our old thoughts and ways. It has only been in the last year that the vision the Lord began us on this journey with has been speaking, and our desire is to be able to share it with others so that if the Lord calls them to a better place in their walk, they can run knowing that all things work together for the good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose. And we can truly say that we are in a better place spiritually, and moving forward to the promised land; eternal life with God our Father and with our Lord Jesus Christ. What are you willing to walk away from or let go of to inherit eternal life? God bless, and may you always being growing and maturing in our Lord Christ Jesus. Amen. Today's video Buried Treasure is on the topic of...What does it mean to be born again or baptized? Being born again is being baptized into Christ, which is spiritual. John 3:3-7 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (KJV) Luke 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire: (KJV) Acts 2:1-4 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (KJV) Being born again and baptism are one in the same. When you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you were buried with Him in baptism and raised, born again, a spiritual being (new creation) in Christ. So there is one baptism (Ephesians 4:5) that God accepts, and that is being baptized into his Son, born again not of the corruptible seed, but of the incorruptible seed, which is Christ; your new birth into the realm of the Spirit. Old things are now passed away, behold all things are become new. Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (KJV) Now if you have been planted together in the likeness of His death, I pray that you will be also in the likeness of His resurrection. Taking up your cross daily, dying to self (i.e. the old nature and its wants and desires), being raised up, and following Him in newness of life today. 2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. (KJV) The only way to know the buried treasure is to lose your life for His sake, and then you shall find it. You die daily and you are raised daily. Each day or moment is new, yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not yet come, so you have today to take up your cross and let the world be crucified unto you, and you unto the world and its ways as in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ who is our example. You have today to choose to continue in the faith and become grounded and settled, and not be moved away from the hope of the gospel of your salvation, which is Christ. You have this treasure within you; and the treasure which you have been blessed with is Christ in you the hope of glory, the wisdom and power of God, the salvation of your soul, and He has the keys which give you access to the kingdom of God within you so that you are able to overcome and remain seated with Him at the right hand of God forever. John 17:24-26 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. 26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. (KJV) Dearly loved, your baptism into Christ, being born again, is spiritual and it is personal. Let no man glory in your flesh, but let them glory in the Lord that you have been raised from a dead end life into a new life in Christ where you have access to all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Behold the kingdom of God is within you; the gospel of your salvation rests in Him. God bless. You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video Changing is on the topic of changing from relying on the outward to the inward. 2 Corinthians 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. (KJV) We should be ever changing in our walk in the Spirit; walking more by faith and less by sight; not being limited by just the outward. Our outward man is perishing, but the inward man is to be renewed day by day from relying on the outward, what you can see, hear, and touch, to relying more on the inward, the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit, Christ in you the hope of glory. Without faith it is impossible to please God; one must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. It is not the outward worship that will get you home; it is the inward, God is a Spirit and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth, for those are the ones that he is seeking. The just shall live by faith. Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (KJV) Our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. We were given the mind of Christ; now it is learning on a daily basis to operate in that mind, being led by the Spirit so that we are able to come to know the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God for ourselves. 1 Peter 4:1-2 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. (KJV) The old man, the old nature that we were born into this world with, is perishing each moment that we choose to walk in the Spirit; changing of the guard so to speak, being armed with the mind of Christ which enables us to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God; and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ in us. And in the mind of Christ we have a readiness to punish disobedience when our obedience is fulfilled just as the Lord Jesus Christ did (Colossians 2:12-15). Man does not live by bread alone (physical), but by every word that proceeds forth from the mouth of God (being led by the Spirit). Changing from going by our natural senses to our spiritual senses which should be exercised to discern both good and evil; to discern between the voice of the Lord and the voice of a stranger (Satan). We have an unction (the mind of Christ) from the Holy One and know all things. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (KJV) There are many who are ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth which is in them. Why? Because although they may have begun in the Spirit, they are now trying to perfect their walk according to the flesh by following man’s traditions and doctrines instead perfecting their walk according to the leading of the Holy Spirit, which was given unto us to lead and guide us into all truth; i.e. to know all things according to wisdom of God and not the wisdom of men or that of the world. Colossians 1:26-28 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: (KJV) Our Father desires for us to go from a child of God, to a perfect mature man/woman of God in Christ Jesus. Able ministers of the truth that was in Jesus, which is also in us; Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God; and our only hope of glory. God bless. 1 Peter 1:13-16 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. (KJV) Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: (KJV) You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part26 Conclusion on the topic of who the Son of God is; the eyes enlightened to Christ. Luke 10:22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him. (KJV) Matthew 16:15-17 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. (KJV) Faith in the revelation of the mystery of the gospel is what unlocks our spiritual understanding of Jesus Christ and enables us to see beyond the vail (the man) to see Christ; and it can only be revealed unto us by our Father in heaven. The disciples had faith that this man Jesus was the Messiah whom God promised he would send to deliver his people. And because of their faith, God enlightened the eyes of their understanding that enabled them to see Christ His Son and not just the man Jesus. For many the blindness (or the vail) that is upon their heart is concerning the man Jesus; unable as the Jews were to see the Messiah within him, Christ, God’s Son whom he sent in the likeness of sinful flesh. They began in the Spirit, but have allowed man to dictate the word of God instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to teach, lead and guide them in all truth (the truth that was in Jesus, which is also in you) so that they can know the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He sent. Jesus of Nazareth by Christ in him was able to overcome the world; and through the perfect sacrifice of these two one new man was made, Christ Jesus, who is sitting at the right hand of God forever making intercession for us. So, when your heart burns, you will know that the revelation came from God and not man. It is as though the chaff that was covering the seed is burned off so that you can fully see and understand the scriptures through His eyes, the spiritual understanding of the revelation of the mystery of the gospel, which is Christ (in you as he was in Jesus of Nazareth) our only hope of glory; the Son of the living God. Will you allow God to reveal his mystery in you so that you too can know how he made this same Jesus, who was crucified for you, both Lord and Christ? If you know the Son, you will know the Father also; and you will also be known of Him. John 14:15-21 If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. (KJV) God bless. You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part24 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; in Christ dwells the fullness. Ephesians 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. (KJV) John 1:16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. (KJV) In Christ dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and we are complete in Him. Through Jesus Christ, the grace of God for mankind, received we this fullness; not of works lest any man should boast; it is a free gift. John 14:16-18 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. (KJV) John 16:13-15 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. (KJV) By the faith of Jesus Christ, through the operation of that same faith working in us, we are able to see the fullness of the gift of Christ which we have been given; because without faith it is impossible to please God, and he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6). Philemon 1:6 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. (KJV) Of his fullness we have received the grace of God, his love shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which was given unto us; and peace with God, as well as his peace which he gave us to keep our hearts and minds in agreement with him, and that our hearts may not be troubled, neither afraid. If God be for us who can be against us; the veil done away in Christ so that we can go boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in the time of need. (KJV) In Christ is the fullness of the fruit of the Spirit; the character of God our Father; as he said be ye holy as I am holy. We have access to God’s grace and truth which is able to make us free and keep us free, as well as make us wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (KJV) Faith enlightens the eyes of our understanding to joy unspeakable, full of mercy and good fruits, which wisdom is pure, peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated (persuaded of), given without partiality (1 Corinthians 13:9-13), and is sincere (without hypocrisy, pretense) so that we may know the riches and fullness of the kingdom of God within us, and be known of God, for when his image appears in us we shall be like him and we shall see him as he is, and we shall be seen as his. Romans 5:1-5 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. (KJV) Of God’s fullness have we received; a cup that runs over with the measure or fullness of the gift of Christ; exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ask or think according to the power (Christ) that works in us. Knowing that it is our Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom; all he is asking of you is to lose your life for Christ’s sake and follow in his Son’s footsteps so that of his fullness which he gave in Christ, shall he give unto you; that good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over: his exceeding riches in Christ Jesus his Son, in which all the fullness of the Godhead bodily dwells, and in whom you are complete. This is the will of God; to know him, and Jesus Christ whom he sent, and to be known of Him; for this is eternal life and that life is in his Son, Christ Jesus our Lord, the fullness of him that fills all in all. Jude 1:24-25 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part23 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; the image of God. God sending his own Son (Christ, the son given) in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh (Rom 8:3). Jesus of Nazareth (the child born), a living soul, was the vessel whom God chose to send his Son (a life giving Spirit) into, to give us hope and an example on how to overcome our natural man, and allow Christ, the life giving Spirit, to lead and guide us into that victory, being made perfect (restored in their image and likeness) through weakness (the spirit is willing, it is the flesh that is weak), and able to sit with Jesus Christ at the right hand of God for eternity. Psalms 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness. (KJV) Christ Jesus, who is of God, made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption that we too are able to be made like unto Jesus who bore the image of the heavenly, Christ, the Son of the living God and of these two one new man is made. 2 Corinthians 4:4-6 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (KJV) Bearing the image of the heavenly man, made like unto Christ; presenting our bodies a living sacrifice unto God; not conforming to this world, but being transformed into the image of him who created us by the renewing of our minds so that we are able to come to the knowledge of the truth which is in us, as it was in Jesus. Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (KJV) We were given this treasure (Christ) in earthen vessels; now we walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit, so that we are able to prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God. God’s will is for us to continue to bear the image of the heavenly; to remain in the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him; and to know his Son, Christ in you the hope of glory, whom had the princes of the world known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; and last to know Him and be known of Him. 2 Corinthians 3:12-18 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. (KJV) So let the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, shine forth from your heart to give forth the light of the knowledge of the glory of God, in the face of Jesus Christ; which face you are if you continue in the Son, and the Son in you. Today's video The Son - Part22 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; once saved always saved? Only if you continue in the faith of the Son of God. The encouragement is to not neglect your salvation; don’t take it for granted. Each day we have a choice to continue in the faith remaining grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel, Christ in you the hope of glory. Hebrews 2:1-4 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? (KJV) 1 Peter 4:17-19 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? In Galatians chapter three it talks about those who began in the Spirit only to revert back to the flesh. We are warned throughout the scriptures to watch and pray always; to be sober and vigilant with our salvation because the devil as a roaring lion walks about seeking whom he may devour. And if we don’t keep watching diligently in the Spirit, the thief will find a way in and begin to steal, kill, and possibly destroy your salvation if he is not caught and cast out; all this because we are found sleeping (not watching). As we overcome and kill off those areas in our life that have been a hindrance in our walk and relationship with the Father in Christ, we need to be diligent in not allowing any leaven to enter in and begin to leaven the whole lump all over again. The warning is clear… Galatians 2:18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. (KJV) So there are many distractions in this world that seek to lure you back into sin; but it is up to you to stand fast in the faith, by keeping your flesh (old nature) in subjection to the Spirit of Christ within you. We have been given wisdom and power to overcome the world by Jesus Christ, who overcame, himself being tempted in every manner as we are and yet sinned not; having given us an example to follow, as well as having given us a great cloud of witnesses throughout the scriptures, and through our brethren who are following in Christ’s sufferings, overcoming themselves. Today is the day of salvation, now is the accepted time. Today, now faith; choose you this day whom you will serve; the god of this world and the lusts thereof or the God of all creation who gave his Son, Christ Jesus, for an example of overcoming the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21) and how to cultivate and grow in the fruit of the Spirit unto eternal salvation (Galatians 5:22-25). 2 Peter 1:2-11 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (KJV) Once saved, always saved? Let not your faith stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God, Christ in you. Our brother Paul confessed in Galatians 2:20, so should we also. Wherefore dear brethren, we will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them, and be established in the present truth. Don’t let those things which you have heard and have been assured of, knowing from whom you learned them (not of men, but by the Spirit of the living God; leading and guiding you into all truth concerning God our Father and his Son Christ Jesus our Lord) slip by you into sin unto death. God bless. You can view all previous videos by going to our YouTube channel Doctrine of Christ Ministry. Have a blessed and prosperous day in Christ Jesus our Lord. Good morning. Today's video The Son - Part21 is on the topic of who the Son of God is; continuing in the Son. Luke 21:33-36 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. (KJV) Watch and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things which we have been warned about. The cares of this life and the deceitfulness of riches when allowed to enter into the heart, choke the Word and it becomes unfruitful and withers away. Proverbs 4:23-27 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. (KJV) You cannot serve God and mammon. If you are a friend of the world you are counted an enemy of God. 1 Corinthians 10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. (KJV) Paul said that if he yet pleased men, that he should not be the servant of Christ. One is our Master, even Christ. Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? (KJV) This is not once saved always saved. The scriptures are clear. John 15:1-6 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. (KJV) So if we don’t abide in Him, then we are not His and we will be cut off from the tree of life; blotted out of the book of life. Which is why we are encouraged to continue in the faith grounded and settled, and not be moved away from the hope of the gospel, which is Christ in you (Colossians 1:27) the Son of the living God. If we abide in Him, He will continue to abide in us; and we will be counted the sons of God; as we were given the power to be so in Him. So let us hold fast the profession of faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised. As the Son could do nothing without the Father, so we can do nothing without the Son (John 5:19; 5:30). But if we endure steadfast in the faith of the Son of God, Christ in us, unto the end we shall be saved. Matthew 24:11-13 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (KJV) John 8:31-36 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. (KJV) Watch and pray always so that your house does not get broken into, and all your goods which were wrought in Christ in you be stolen from your heart by the thief (Satan) who comes only to steal, kill and destroy. Christ came that we might have life and life more abundantly in Him. Heed the warnings Church; hold fast to eternal life which you have in Christ Jesus our Lord that no man deceive you of your reward and take your crown. God bless.
